1. Services
Rainbow Advertising provides digital advertising solutions including LED boards, digital signage, and outdoor advertising. All services are subject to availability and prior agreement.
2. Orders & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via email.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before the campaign begins.
- Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of service.
3. Content Policy
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and legal advertising content.
- Rainbow Advertising reserves the right to reject content that is offensive, misleading, or violates laws/regulations.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled campaign.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative and booking charges.
5. Liability
- Rainbow Advertising will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign delays, technical issues, or external factors.
- We ensure best efforts for visibility and reach but do not guarantee specific results unless stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative materials provided by Rainbow Advertising remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
8. Updates to Terms
Rainbow Advertising reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
